Contains handwritten copies of five patriarchal blessings given by John Smith, son of Hyrum Smith, in March 1911. Blessing recipients include Mary Peel, Olga Kratt, Wilhelma Heldebrand, Alive Eveline Ledferd, and Elizabeth Arnetta Paulseth.

Also includes a handwritten copy of a patriarchal blessing given by John Smith, uncle to the Prophet Joseph Smith, given in June 1853 to Helen Maria Fisher.
